Residential Division Head Frank DiFlumeri, SRA is a certified residential appraiser currently holding licenses in the states of PA, NJ and DE. Frank is FHA approved,  has over 15 years of experience appraising residential real estate, and is "ERC Appraisal Trained".

Commercial Division Head Philip Fortuna, SRA is a certified general appraiser currently holiding licenses in the states of PA, NJ and DE.
